Why Should I Use CONCERN/EAP?

CONCERN/EAP understands that everyone is significantly affected at some time by work-related or personal problems.  The resulting stress can sometimes interfere with a person’s ability to perform well at work or negatively affect important areas of ones personal life.  Support and assistance is available and only a phone call away. 

 Our services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. The services that you will receive from CONCERN/EAP are an employee benefit that has been made available by your employer.  You and your household family members may use the program at no cost.  This service is not associated with your medical insurance and there is no co-pay. 

CONCERN/EAP complies with all state and federal laws concerning client confidentiality.  You can be assured that, if you make the decision to use this service, no one will know unless you tell them yourself.
